Témoignage de Steffi Katzarska

I really enjoyed the ENA training "Build public policies: from the conception to the evaluation". I was very impressed by the level of the speakers, their rich expertise and their in-depth knowledge of all the topics covered. I would say that the themes were chosen very carefully, in order to be able to truly grasp the approaches to the conception of public policies, design, the different evaluation methods and management in public transformation. Furthermore, what I also greatly appreciated was the international and inter-ministerial aspect of this short cycle program. Coming from all corners of the world, participants brought great value in a variety of experiences. It was really enriching and useful for me to learn how to do things in the way of public policies in other countries. 

I would like to thank the French Embassy / French Institute in Bulgaria’s organizers and the ENA’s organizers for making this program such a success. Their enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism made us feel welcome and motivated us to do our best. Thanks a lot !
